Do I need an account?
In order to use Immense and to get the most out of it we require users to register for an account.
Why can't I log into my account?/Ban Reasons:
There may be multiple factors as to why you can't log in to your account such as:
Do you delete my account if I am inactive?
At Immense currently we don't delete inactive accounts, however if the site grows we may have to re-evaluate the situation and our decisions will be reflected on this page.
How do I delete my account?
Currently we do not give users the option to delete their accounts by themselves this is to ensure that the community is safe from spam and bad behaviour, this may be changed in the future. However, if you want to delete your account please fill in the support form and we will happily sort it for you. Please note: once we delete your account it cannot be reversed, so be careful.
How do I obtain a blue checkmark?
A blue checkmark signifies that the person of the account is who they say they are.
The reason an account may have a blue checkmark is for the following reasons:
-They have a presence outside of this website and on other social platforms.
-They were an early user of the site and were gifted the checkmark as a thank you.
In order to get a blue checkmark today there are no specific requirements but if you have an online presence it helps, if you think you are eligible you should fill in this form.
My verification tick has been removed. Why is that?
