Community Guidelines are essential at Immense for ensuring a safe and positive online environment for all users.
- Respect and Civility: Treat all members with respect and kindness. Do not engage in personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
- No Bullying or Harassment: Bullying, stalking, intimidation, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to threats, insults, or any behavior intended to harm or distress another user. Any results of this will lead to a suspension (temporary or permanent).
- Maintain Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information about yourself or others, including contact details, addresses, or any other private information. Leaking anyone’s personal details will result in a permanent ban possibly further consequences.
- No Illegal or Harmful Activities: Do not engage in or promote any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, piracy, hacking, or the distribution of malicious software. Any cases of this will just result in a permanent account suspension.
- Responsible Content: Ensure that all content posted is appropriate for all users. Do not share explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content. This includes images, videos, links, or any other media.
- Intellectual Property: Respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Do not post or share content that you do not have the right to distribute or that infringes upon the rights of others.
- No Spam or Advertising: Do not spam the community with unsolicited advertisements, promotions, or links. This includes repetitive posting, excessive self-promotion, or any other form of unwanted solicitation. - Keep it Relevant: Stay on topic within discussions, threads or groups. Irrelevant or off-topic posts may be removed to maintain the quality of discussions.
- Reporting and Moderation: If you encounter any violations of these guidelines or witness behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please report it to the moderators immediately. Do not take matters into your own hands.
- Consequences for Violations: Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the community, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
